Project Retreats

In line with the Project's policy of holding two full-day retreats for all Project members each year, we held two very productive full-day retreats in the past year. The first was held in June 1996 and the second in December 1996, with over 40 project members attending each of the retreats. The main goals of the retreats were to

1. provide a global overview of the state of the project for all members;
2. discuss the results of various reviews, such as the annual project review;
3. discuss plans for the coming six-month period.
