The lifetime of database connections in milliseconds. A
single-character suffix may be used to change the unit of
measure. Recognized suffixes are "s" (seconds),
"m" (minutes), "h" (hours), and
"d" (days). Note that a connection's lifetime
begins when the connection is not in use.
